My name is James Lowe, I am a State Trooper with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol with 18 years of law enforcement experience. My partner Lt. D. Heath Meyer was killed during a pursuit in 2017. I was one of the traffic homicide investigators, assigned to his death. I have been involved in C.O.P.S. since that time. I am an annual co-workers attendee. I have benefited greatly from the programs offered by C.O.P.S. and hope to give back some of what has been given to me by serving our families and co-workers in need.

My name is John Blumenthal I am an active Oklahoma City Police officer with over 23yrs experience. In August of 2000, my partner Officer Jeff Rominger and Trooper Matt Evans were killed in a pursuit in the Oklahoma City metro area. I was in the pursuit and watched the accident. I was also on scene when Sgt Jonathon Dragus was killed in October 2005. I have been involved with C.O.P.S. for several years doing Support Services at NPW, Traumas in Law Enforcement, mentoring at kid’s camp and young adult’s camp. I also attend the co-workers retreat as an attendee. I am married and have 3 boys and 1 grandson. My father was an Oklahoma City officer, my brother is on the department and my son. I believe in the C.O.P.S. mission and love talking to officers and family members.
Tara Little

Tara is the Vice President of Compliance Program and CRA Officer for a family owned bank in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She was born and raised in Oklahoma. Tara attended Oklahoma State University and NSU and received a Bachelors in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources. Her faith and family are the most important relationships to her. She has a deep passion for serving and helping first responders, Law Enforcement, our military, and their families. She also lived through a critical incident with an officer and has used that experience to help agencies and families with having a better response. She also serves on the Warrior’s Rest Foundation. She has extensive knowledge in Non-Profit fundraising, leadership, and organizational management.
